DARK CZECH PILSNER

A dark version of the traditional pilsner from its origins in Bohemia (the modern Czech Republic), our beer under goes a special brewing process that caramelizes the malts, lending the beer a darker appearance and slightly sweeter finish without the bitterness.

Award Winning beer with just a slight amount of roast and a citrusy finish from Citra hops. All ingredients represent the great brewing agriculture in the Cascadian Valley of Washington state.

"SINFUL ADORATION":
FOREIGN EXTRA STOUT

Our velvety foreign extra stout is extraordinarily sinful. An aroma and an initial taste of overly toasted marshmallow. The middle of the swallow has a surprising soft, sweet fruitiness and the finish is a classic roasty stout. We adore this beer, and Jeff’s beautiful wife.

AMERICAN BROWN

An American classic beer style that we put our own little spin with a hint of cocoa in the nose and a light sweet cherry swallow. This beer finishes slightly dry and is a year-round refresher.

BELGIAN BLONDE ALE

This yeast driven Belgian is full of light fruit flavors. We ferment this differently during the summer and winter months to accentuate the fruity character or spicy character according to the season.

Three different types of chocolate used three different ways throughout the brewing process make for a bold chocolate impression in this equally impressive milk stout.

This beer starts as a brown porter complete with the light taste of dark caramel to offset the bare roasti-ness. Add a creamy finish with vanilla beans from Tahiti for a sweet swallow.

Alt has its origins in the German language meaning ‘old’, referring to the old way of producing beer – as an ale instead of the modern lagered German beers. A crisp dry and easy drinking bier.

A very bright and effervescent strong ale with the beautiful flavors of pear and light honey. Absolutely refreshing!

A refreshing little pale ale with a wonderful hoppy aroma, but without the bitterness of an IPA. Our APA tastes of orange peel and citrus with a nice malty balance.

A West-Coast styled IPA that was dry hopped with a combination of fruity and floral hops but is dominated by the tropical fruit flavors of the Mosaic hop.

A traditional German lager served during Octoberfest. Our version is a little less traditional with slight hint of caramel sweetness but retains the traditional crisp finish.
