DARK CZECH PILSNER
A dark version of the traditional pilsner from its origins in Bohemia (the modern Czech Republic), our beer under goes a special brewing process that caramelizes the malts, lending the beer a darker appearance and slightly sweeter finish without the bitterness.
CASCADIAN DARK ALE
Award Winning beer with just a slight amount of roast and a citrusy finish from Citra hops. All ingredients represent the great brewing agriculture in the Cascadian Valley of Washington state.
FOREIGN EXTRA STOUT
Our velvety foreign extra stout is extraordinarily sinful. An aroma and an initial taste of overly toasted marshmallow. The middle of the swallow has a surprising soft, sweet fruitiness and the finish is a classic roasty stout. We adore this beer, and Jeff’s beautiful wife.
An American classic beer style that we put our own little spin with a hint of cocoa in the nose and a light sweet cherry swallow. This beer finishes slightly dry and is a year-round refresher.
BELGIAN BLONDE ALE
This yeast driven Belgian is full of light fruit flavors. We ferment this differently during the summer and winter months to accentuate the fruity character or spicy character according to the season.
CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT
Three different types of chocolate used three different ways throughout the brewing process make for a bold chocolate impression in this equally impressive milk stout.
TAHITIAN VANILLA PORTER
This beer starts as a brown porter complete with the light taste of dark caramel to offset the bare roasti-ness. Add a creamy finish with vanilla beans from Tahiti for a sweet swallow.
"PIX LIQUID COURAGE":
STRONG SCOTCH ALE
A rich ale from the peat bogs and thistle fields of Scotland. A very strong and earthy Scotch ale to warm you from the inside-out.
A West-Coast IPA that was double-dry hopped for a citrus bite and an orange dreamsicle taste.
GERMAN ALT BIER
Alt has its origins in the German language meaning ‘old’, referring to the old way of producing beer – as an ale instead of the modern lagered German beers. A crisp dry and easy drinking bier.
BELGIAN PALE STRONG
A very bright and effervescent strong ale with the beautiful flavors of pear and light honey. Absolutely refreshing!
BELGIAN WIT BIER
A Belgian wheat ale heavily spiced with coriander, sweet and bitter orange peel. Easily drinkable and refreshing. Light as air and great floral and orange notes.
From the French speaking region of Wallonia, Belgium this bright & effervescent little farmhouse style saison tips the scales at 7.6%. Take a Paige out of our playbook and circle back around to this beer often; it’s like the comfort of being at home.
IRISH RED ALE
Just in time for St. Patty’s Day our red ale has hints of caramel and a smooth dry finish.
"PLAYOFF PALE ALE":
AMERICAN PALE ALE
A refreshing little pale ale with a wonderful hoppy aroma, but without the bitterness of an IPA. Our APA tastes of orange peel and citrus with a nice malty balance.
MOSTLY MOSAIC IPA
A West-Coast styled IPA that was dry hopped with a combination of fruity and floral hops but is dominated by the tropical fruit flavors of the Mosaic hop.
DRY IRISH STOUT
A simple and robust Irish stout for the summertime. This easy drinking stout has notes of bittersweet chocolate from beginning to end.
"LITTLE FUNKY BEE":
Our Belgian Saison is brewed with orange blossom honey for a light floral note to compliment the delightfully tart and funky finish. This quaffable gem is perfect for toasting farewell to the summer. Cheers!
A traditional German lager served during Octoberfest. Our version is a little less traditional with slight hint of caramel sweetness but retains the traditional crisp finish.
DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE
Our classic West Coast Style Double IPA has a warming citrusy-apricot taste and a light lime finish. Dry hopped for 4 days with our delicious hop blend.
